Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only if:

* Wrong product received
* Damaged or leaked product received
* Broken bottle received

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

* Used products
* Opened perfumes or attars
* Customized orders
* Sale items

Refund Process

* Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days
* Refunds are sent to the original payment method
* COD refunds may be processed through UPI or Bank Transfer
